SHIPPING METHODS

We offer the following shipping methods for your convenience:

Express & Regular orders shipped within 7-12 days.
Express Orders will be shipped in express mode through private carrier.
Regular Shipping will be sent via surface mode & may take longer to reach.
Currently shipping via Delhivery or India Post within India. Other options are available but may be subject to additional charges. Request can be made in the hold section during checkout

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the order.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 7-12 business days unless order is requested to hold. In case of combined orders, it will be 7-12 days from the latest order.

DELIVERY TIMES

Please allow additional time for delivery during peak seasons or holidays. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery may also be impacted due state restrictions and other uncontrollable reasons like natural disasters, etc. Delay related updates/information may be posted on Instagram Stories.

Some parcels may be delayed further if pin-code provided is temporarily/ permanently unserviceable by the delivery company. For temporarily unserviceable locations, it will be shipped when it is becomes available. Information regarding the same will be posted on Instagram Story. For permanently unavailable locations, customers may be contacted on Instagram to discuss shipping options.

ABOUT LOST/ DAMAGED/ MISSING ITEMS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shop at @btsxtherapy.ts within 2 days of receiving your shipment. Refunds are processed at the discretion of shipping company and the seller. Shop hold the right to request photos or unedited unboxing video to confirm claims regarding damages. For Further information, check refund policies.

For missing items, the customer must contact the shop at @btsxtherapy.ts within 2 days of receiving the shipment. In order to be eligible for claims, customer will have to provide unedited unboxing video from start to finish clearly showing lack of item.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping.
