Return and Refund Policy
OVERVIEW
At btsxtherapy shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth return process.
WALLET REFUNDS
A wallet point refund is provided in the following conditions:
- If 2 orders are combined, shipping charges are added as wallet points
- If an item purchased is not available in-stock, seller may refund product cost to wallet
- For 3 or more combined orders, refunds are provided based on final shipping cost at the discretion of the shop.
ORDER REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
In such cases where customer provides the wrong shipping address, which will make the shipment undeliverable, order will be returned by the courier partner after attempting the delivery. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer and indemnify the shop against any liability to fulfil the order. We will, however, try to contact you and get the correct address and reship it once we get the returned delivery back in our warehouse. However, in such cases, the re-shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.
Or if the customer doesn’t opt for reshipping, the refund MAY be initiated at the discretion of the seller based on the circumstances of return and condition of the received product.
Re-payment of shipping charges is also applicable if order is returned due to customer negligence to accept parcel or keep up with order tracking, etc.
Refunds may take 15 - 20 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will not be provided if order is returned due to above listed customer negligence and their failure to contact shop for further alternatives. Refunds are also not provided if customer refuses/cancels orders at the door. The shop reserves the right to cancel orders without refund.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact at @btsxtherapy.ts within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation.
- Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Please note that we must receive your returned item within 7 days of return authorization.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to availability and discretion of the shop.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are non-returnable. These include:
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way
- Products with missing or altered tags
